Ok, I understand the go woke go broke. But why is it always we the people that suffer? From the article "The positions affected include transport drivers, machine operators, forklift operators and mechanics."

Why is not the directors, CEOs and useless "woke" so called middle management?

Because they are the people that actually make the Coke. Fewer people buying Coke, means excess Coke makers aren't necessary anymore. You have to keep the top dogs so they can continue to lobby the government and strategize ways to make money without actually selling Coke.
