This guy is a patriot through and through, and don't let the vile fake media misquoting him make you question him.
Ok, now I am really confused...is Merritt good or bad?
Merritt is definitely good and he is really key to all this, and the MSM is using him to smear the whole symposium and election fraud claim - they are trying to kill two birds in one stone.
But I thought he was a conman as GP said, as was also determined in the Powell legal case?
Okay found the whole Powell affidavit stuff. Again reeks of typical fake news smear.

So basically one of the affidavits Sidney filed in one of the cases was by Joshua, and was under the nick name Spyder. She tried to keep his identity private but some folks on the left dug it out from the redactions and identified him, but thats not the real point.
The crux of the matter is that the affidavit states:
Whereas he was really a student there and never graduated. So the fake news hammered him on that asking him why he lied on affidavit, and it seems he replied that he did not read the sentence carefully, that it should have said "Student". And boom - they ran stories smearing him and sidney and the whole case.
I’m just confused....
“ But cyber expert Josh Merritt, who is on the team hired by Mr. Lindell to interrogate the data for the symposium, told The Washington Times that packet captures are unrecoverable in the data and that the data, as provided, cannot prove a cyber incursion by China.”
Link to the Powell case connection to Joshua?
Yeah....not sure what is correct anymore...

Looking for it...from GP....
Merrit aka Spider is not the only cyber expert attending on Lindell’s dime. But as I and Joe Hoft have written previously, the source of the information–Mr. Dennis Montgomery–has a storied history as a con man.
