I have had family members take the jab and I am trying to find the list of vitamins or things you can take to recover from it. I saw a spreadsheet somewhere, but does anyone have a link?

Basically they recommend N-Acetylcysteine, glutathione, zinc, vitamin D3, quercetin, melatonin, and a couple other less common supplements.
