I believe this is getting the interpreters and those Afghans out of there. Not resend troops. I'm not Romney fan, but believe this is in relation to the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program Priority 2 Designation for Afghanistan. Will most likely supplant the Special Immigration Visa program - or work in conjunction with it - not sure.
