I'm in Greece and I just ordered some via eBay a week ago. I already have Lysine. I got HCQ from Alibaba but the seller has disappeared (banned?) I can't get Ivermectin anywhere. I ordered some from Germany but they demanded a prescription. I'm told that the local vets won't supply it.

When I got the wu-flu in Jan 2020 I was already taking D3 (10,000 iu), K2 (200µg), magnesium citrate (300mg) and zinc citrate (30mg). So I'm confident that these daily doses are not harmful in any way. I take them each morning with a slice of hard cheese, since some of them are fat soluble.
