Is it? Do you honestly think Biden will enforce it? Whoever is in charge of Biden is the one who will NOT allow that to happen. This is what they want. I hate feeling this way, but I don't see this happening. I will pray about it and see if the Lord will allow this change to play out. We do not know what God's plan is. His way is better than ours. Amen.
