This is unfortunate because while i have not had the covid vaxx or been tested for covid i did reluctantly get the flu vaxx in 2019 because my brother and his wife would not let me see their new baby unless i had it.Any tips for detox? NAC? Others?
Above all, I would pay attention to nourishing my body. Seeing that the detox pathways are more than likely compromised, I would consider supplementing with glutathione BUT, if you can find a functional medicinal practitioner in your area, I'd definitely talk to them. I have some friends in NC who are chiropractors who are VERY wide awake--also careful what they say. Supplementing with glutathoine is an off-the-cuff suggestion; I would not have any idea how much or what else. I take a couple of things from Standard Process that have methyl donors; as I recall, those are necessary in liver detox. Quercetin is also needed in dealing with this mess. I take zinc, vitamin D, E, minerals, many others.
I do not consume sugar and have not since about 2015. My teeth are in very bad shape. I've also said on here before that I use a lot of iodine--a big reason is for it's contribution to the immune system. I do not smoke or eat crap food, only occasionally have very small amounts of alcohol as a treat. My water is home filtered, lots of supplements
Hydroxycloroquine speeds up the metabolism to cause lamotrigine/Lamictal to be processed faster. If you take that medication for anything, be aware that the levels of that medication may drop to below acceptable levels.
Source - was taking quercetin and had below-acceptable levels of that medication for seizures. Stopped taking it and the medication level went back up. I'm still taking zinc though.
Sounds like you have a bit more going on. As good as hydroxycloroquine is, being a drug, it needs to be used carefully. I am not familiar with its use but very glad it's around. I do not take medication for anything, thankfully.

2 years later? Your body has naturally detoxed itself from it. Just be wary of everything else

It was quercetin, so not exactly hydroxycloroquine.
You should be thankful you don't need medication.
