At this point I could give a damn about anyone datefagging anything. Patrick Byrne as far as I know is not directly affiliated with the Maricopa audit. I've heard claim after claim about when exactly it's gonna be released and a lot of people have already been wrong. It'll get here when it freaking gets here.
Patrick Byrne funded a majority of the audit in AZ. Cyber Ninjas reported where all of their funds came from, you can find it on the inter-webs.
