She used to race motorcross and her number has always been 17. When she went into the exam room, her cubicle was #17. She passed. God is great!

I am getting ready to sell a house, what State are you in. I am not in a hurry due to being worried about Xiden taxing the crap out of the sale. I am waiting for Trump to come back.
Nevada. The biggest real estate bubble in the nation. Sell now. Many sub markets are appreciating over 30% over the prior year. DOM is less than 10 days in many sub markets. Less than 14 days of inventory. Homes are selling for 103% over listing price on average. Interest rates are in the basement. This is not sustainable. Seller’s market like no other.
