If I read correctly, they were not yet added. This is a "proposed order" submitted by the plaintiff, and the court will decide on it on September 20.

It's possible I'm wrong, but people jump to conclusions way too fast with court documents.

Didn't mean anything negative! You mentioned "until its a done deal." I love getting all the GW news on what's about to happen with recounts, proposed orders and such... but it would also be cool to have a way to sort that showed things that are completed...a bill passing, a court order going through, etc.
