My mother who is an ER nurse bullied me into getting the J&J COVID-19 vaccine and I so far haven't had any adverse reactions, but I need some advice about how I can treat an adverse reaction should one happen. My mom seemed extremely fearful of the virus due to seeing many young people die at our local hospital.

His recommendations on what to do starts at around 14:00.
TL;DR:
Zinc inside your cells will block the enzyme that allows the virus to replicate. If you use supplemental zinc along with some agent to get zinc into your cells, it will minimize your risk of antibody dependent enhancement. HCQ and Ivermectin are 2 of the best agents to get zinc into your cells, but if you can't get these, an OTC combination of Vitamin C and Quercetin can also be used. The key is to start treatment early when you just start feeling ill and before the virus has a chance to really start replicating and send your immune system into overdrive.
Note that this treats the medium to long term danger of the vaccine. I am not sure if there is anything you can do to prevent short term adverse reactions from the spike proteins themselves getting into your heart or your brain.
So far I have never had a short term reaction to the vaccine I took.
