My mother who is an ER nurse bullied me into getting the J&J COVID-19 vaccine and I so far haven't had any adverse reactions, but I need some advice about how I can treat an adverse reaction should one happen. My mom seemed extremely fearful of the virus due to seeing many young people die at our local hospital.

If it were me, I would add a low dose aspirin to my zinc, vit C, quercetin routine to reduce risk of blood clots. Also eat healthy food - cut out sugar and enriched flour products and get your body as fit as possible. The J and J at least is not an MRNA.
Do you think the J & J vaccine would do the least damage out of the three?
I am no doctor but I have a friend who is a PHD pharmacist who says - dont take any if you dont have to and if you are forced the J and J is the lesser of the evils. Also, if you look at how hard they tried to discredit J&J right away, you can see they want you taking the MRDA shots. Just my opinion and experience.
I see. They did try to discredit the J & J. Maybe it won't be that bad. I took the J&J already because my mother had coerced me into it.
Just read and do everything you can to eat healthy, keep yourself fit and supplements to make your immune system strong - there is also a chance you received a placebo. Think positive, stay active and pay attention to changes in your body. Godspeed and dont let fear take over your life.
