My mother who is an ER nurse bullied me into getting the J&J COVID-19 vaccine and I so far haven't had any adverse reactions, but I need some advice about how I can treat an adverse reaction should one happen. My mom seemed extremely fearful of the virus due to seeing many young people die at our local hospital.

Just read and do everything you can to eat healthy, keep yourself fit and supplements to make your immune system strong - there is also a chance you received a placebo. Think positive, stay active and pay attention to changes in your body. Godspeed and dont let fear take over your life.
