Does anyone know if it is possible to reduce any side effects from the Janssen vaccine I took? I feel fine now, but I need some info in the event it happens.

My mother who is an ER nurse bullied me into getting the J&J COVID-19 vaccine and I so far haven't had any adverse reactions, but I need some advice about how I can treat an adverse reaction should one happen. My mom seemed extremely fearful of the virus due to seeing many young people die at our local hospital.

I can't help but wonder how does an adult sound of mind get bullied into getting vaxxed, be it by their mother or anybody else.

My mom has seen other people of y age die. She is an ER nurse and she does follow ups of all of those admitted as an impatient. She refuses to listen to me as I am not an expert.
