Google is actually doing thing thing now with me where it won't allow me to highlight sections of information I find in searches. I attempt to blue highlight things and instead I get the red circle with line thru it superimposed over the bits I'm trying to highlight. I use ddg but some of the source material I look at comes from google.
Where would I find the actual law for this? It would be very useful.
“The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012” (H.R. 5736)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/112th-congress/house-bill/5736/text
https://foreignpolicy.com/2013/07/14/u-s-repeals-propaganda-ban-spreads-government-made-news-to-americans/
I just opened the bill and Google sent a pop up (i am in DD Go) saying Obama didn't sign such a law, so I am thinking this is credible.
