I think people react poorly to being threatened, especially when they feel that their health might be affected. So making the vaccine mandatory at work isn't going to work very well.
All the strong-minded people who are paying attention absolutely will not budge. Hopefully most will not resign but will force the company to fire them.
But strong-minded people who pay attention to what is happening around them probably make up some of the best workers at all levels of the company.
I'm sure that lawyers are telling management that they need to make the vaccine mandatory to avoid getting sued by the first employee that gets hospitalized from covid-19 or a flu misdiagnosed as Covid-19. They will sue because their employer did not insure the workplace was safe if they don't implement the vaccine mandate.
I really think the imposed H1N1 mandatory shot for NY Health care workers was a test for these clot shots. They had to rescind the order but they got a lot of flack from the nurses and doctors. I went to a rally in Albany over it and haven't had a flu shot since bc of what I learned there about the shots and what was in them.
Turned me into an Anti_Vaxxer. I wonder how many more people are NOW anti-Vax from what they are learning about them.
I have become anti new vax. Ship has sailed on tetanus, mmr, kids already had them. But am against hpv, flu, covid, they force menigitis vax in public school for older HS kids, my son is almost there, need to research that one.
Unfortunately, my 20 something year old kid got the Gardasil vax before I became anti-vax. It was when they had just come out. She got talked into it and asked me and at the time I told her it was probably a good idea. (I was brain dead then). She didn't have a reaction initially. But she apparently had for a couple of years or so some very unusual pap smears that were concerning. She never had an abnormal prior to that. Apparently they have become normal .. or I suspect they are... since she is now in her late 30's I don't ask her anything about this and she hasn't brought it up again.
yes I used to be all for vaccines. I was skeptical of flu shot but pediatrician convinced our family to take it. We did not take it last year and will not take it ever again..
The good news is we were both asleep and now are both awake. There are millions like us.
