yup. tucked in, FCC granted themselves power to override local jurisdiction.

your city can't say no to where a tower is placed, can't demand an environmental impact study on exposure to EMFs. Can't bring new science to the FCC.

it was challenged, of course, but the government backed the government. pays to have friends you pay to be friends.
