So the problem seems to be that both apple and google host a malware-infected version of the software, that they can use to mess with peoples chats and censor things they dont like. The uninfected software from the actual vendor works fine.

Why doesn't this constitute a criminal act being committed by apple and google? I cant host their software.. infected or not. But they can do this to other companies?
