The mRNA vaccine was originally for cancer. Still is the most promising use. If you have stage 4 cancer with two months to live, the side effects ain’t so bad then.

Oh, how nice they were inventing the cure for cancer? The cure for cancer is made from lead. The dose is one to the head forced through the skull at high velocity. 55 grains of lead at 1200 feet per second muzzle velocity will do just fine. Cancer gone.
