I was curious since my friend who's in the military that's active duty, all of a sudden he spoke with me today about what happened with Afghanistan and was legitimately angry, now not all here may share that same sentiment. But I am wondering how you feel with the events that took place recently and whatnot.
If you wish to know how he felt here is a short summary of what was said by him, also he does hate Biden and feels like this country is being lead to destruction. He felt like quitting, like he's just tired of all the evil and everything else just like we all are. But he's not giving up on hope, after all he's not part of the Calvary for no reason.
I hope you don't mind the long text and everything here I am typing, don't mind my friend's rather colorful language and questionable personal views towards them. He's a good man who truly cares for the people and this country, he's rather fed up and angry which is understandable.
His conversation:
"Doesn't matter who rules Afghanistan, we sat there for 20 fucking years dying and teaching them how to fight. We sent our brothers home under the flag they proudly fought for and for what? These subhuman dune coons wasted it all we gave them weapons gear training air support and even vehicles and what did they do? They didn't take it seriously now the Taliban is doing shit and they want us to feel bad? I hope the ANA and ANP fucking rot.
It seems the only way to explain the 500 moves that make no sense inside the military. Why is General Flynns Protege the head of all use of Special Operations by US forces? And then his brother is in charge over all Asia theater forces? They send a battle group over to the Pacific after the Chinese say no, the focus on transgenders in the military, the focus on equality over merit. Vetting by political stance, vet care worsened, trying to mandate the vaccine at the Veterans Administration, it all just seems at some point too many things that don't make sense
