Perhaps it's because the sickos will do anything to distract the public and give plausible deniability to the media for not reporting on it.

Like pushing mask and vaccine mandates, then sending Antifa to glow the protests.

Like exiting Afghanistan and leaving all of their equipment there for the Taliban to inherit.
