Not only something's off with the Teheran and Moscow clocks (all admins since the 50's have the Moscow timezone down to the nanosecond, due to the possibility of nuclear conflict), but by showing the picture, whoever took it basically doxxed the CIA overseer stationed in Qatar and pretty much everyone in the National Security Council.
