If you click the 'download' or 'media' box beneath the article it opens up the CDC document, if that helps. I'm looking for the FDA document, but maybe it's the same thing?

Edited to add: apparently it is the same document. Interesting that the author of the article, Dr. Naomi Wolf was a political advisor to Bill Clinton and Al Gore. Also a 3rd wave feminism proponent.
