THIS! We do not consume anything with fluoridated water which means distilled water only from the store if I need it, other than that I have a Berkey system with the fluoride filters on it and we get most of our water that way. We never buy fluoride toothpaste. Something to consider, every soda, juice or flavored/carbonated water you buy from the store is mostly fluorinated water. You are exposed to it from all angles and have to deliberately quit drinking these things to stop putting it in your body.

Oh and to add, we BUY china's waste (fluoride) from them. Normally it costs money to dispose of toxic waste and America is all to happy to just give them money for it and put it in our water supply.
