That means Talk To Your Neighbors- call them- text them- start a neighborhood text thread. Meet in your backyard in the cover of night if you have to. Have a bon fire & burn all your masks. Someone should jam the TV signals so you can’t watch their fake news. Rebel against these tyrants.
