Don't use the app if on mobile, use a browser. You can still read if not logged in.
On desktop/laptop you should still be able to view in browser, so long as you aren't logged in. If you can't ,close the window/tab and delete all Twitter cookies, then try again.
ETA: Oh see what you mean. Just gone to read Poso's feed and when you expnad the comments on a Tweet it won't let you view until you sign up or log in. Well damn, they must have brought that in today as it was fine last night! Gits!
I think I've found a way to thwart them...the little link where it says show this thread, don't left click it, instead right click it and 'copy link address'. Open new tab and paste it in and should show up. If there is a link on the that new thread saying Show More Replies then 9 times out of ten it will work there too - occasionally I'll get the popup that won't let me proceed, but so far so good.
Bit of a pain in the ass though, but as Silver_lyning said try Nitter (just put Nitter.net in place of the twitter.com part of the url) and that will bring the twitter account up on Nitter. Forgot about them not used 'em for a while as don't like the interface but it'll do I suppose.
