This makes no sense at all. Mike Lindell and his team are under no restrictions related to the release of classified data. They don't have any security clearances. They haven't signed any NDA's with the government (that we know of). The guilty party would be the people or person who gave the data to them. This is why journalists can't be held accountable for publishing classified data that was leaked to them. On top of that, if the data can now never be released what good is it? It has to get to lawyers and State Senators so that it can go in front of a Judge. It sounds to me like they freaked out over a perceived threat and backed off even though they have a perfectly legal right to release the data. Without that PCAP data as evidence that's going to hurt their case.
