You can take these vitamins daily to boost your immune system and help keep from getting sick. It was a lot easier for me to talk to my daughter about vitamins and quercitin than it was for me to tell her I thought about ordering invermectin lol. I got my vitamins locally and ordered the quercitin, much as I hate Bezos we have amazon for those things we can't get in town because everything's an hours drive away, I buy locally what I can, small town life lol.
