So looking at the data in this tweet, look how many “deaths” would be attributed to an “unvaccinated person” under that definition.
Similarly data for “cases” would be heavily skewed to “unvaccinated”.
Also, I am seeing a lot of trashing VAERS and I think one can simply respond on that point to say it is the system created by CDC (and its counterparts) for the very purpose of monitoring side effects from vaccines (even though this is not a vaccine they say it is). This is the only system there is for receiving this data and interestingly enough the CDC commissioned a study, which found that the adverse events are under reported on VAERS by a significant factor (i think 10% but would fact check that).

As I recall, the VAERS database receives fewer than 10% of reported adverse reactions (including death). Could even be fewer than 1%.
