I do find it interesting that the Treasury spends a massive amount of money making sure every single $20 bill produced is protected by multiple counterfeiting countermeasures, and vigorously protects that money with a small army.
But ballots, which are vastly more valuable than $20 each, aren't given the same type of up front protection or investigation for fraud....
