I was watching something on newsmax or fox last night that featured a spot with Bill DeBlasio talking about mandatory vaccines and passports to prove it. He specifically mentioned to not try and use a fake one as it would be punishable by up to 7 years in jail.(?). Wouldn’t it have to be a law first to be enforced? As far as I know, that isn’t the case. Anyone with further insight?

When this came up with the printed vaxx cards, supposedly the reason why copying them is illegal is the seal type device, counterfeiting of which is the felonious part.
If falsifying medical records is indeed illegal as people have said in this thread, how about the thousands of doctors get jailed for falsely claiming deaths due to covid because they were (still are?) being paid to lie in this way. Ignoring thousands of felon doctors while going after citizens is a great motivator for any potential juror to strike down the law in its entirety.
I didn’t realize there was a seal on them(?)
The story was months ago when the vax cards started getting issued. This reference is what I was talking about, apparently there is a CDC seal. Which I was under the impression was not a govt body (since you know, they officially take bribes from vaccine companies.. meaning you cant just 'my private company' hand-wave the bribes away )

Imagine a world where showing your drivers license to vote is racist but you need a passport to go buy bread or eat at a restaurant or work out in a gym. How the hell can people like deblazio even face any public scrutiny. You have to be a comeplete nimrod to ignore this hypocrisy.
It is illegal to falsify medical records like that.

Thank you for the articles. What I got from them is that it would be illegal if a physician or other regulated agency falsified medical records. Did it mention someone having done so on their own?
Read them again or better yet use Duckduckgo and search it yourself. I'm not being snarky or rude but you can easily search for yourself using 'your' terms and thoughts to define your target.
