Very familiar with both the case and the EO. Happened after dose 4 of the experimental Anthrax vax.

I saw a lot of adverse reactions in theater and a massive cluster of people that returned and were diagnosed with ALS (6/700) within 2 years. Personally I think the "burn pit" explanation for all the ALS cases in Iraq and Afghanistan is a red herring distracting from experimental vax damage.
