Read it again. I thought like everyone else, I don't think WE are going on strike; I think our Military is about to strike. WHY would we need Water if we are striking? The only way we would need water is if they turned off the grid and no water could be pumped from the dams to us. That's why I had to reread it. We are not Boycotting water are we?
