it's got a decent summary at the beginning, but this is the money- Trump signed it and it's to help the world instead of keeping everyone at each others throats to keep the cabal money flowing- "The President affirmed this commitment when he signed the Global Fragility Act of 2019 (Title V of Div. J, P.L. 116-94) (GFA) into law in December 2019. The GFA calls for the United States Government to create a unified U.S. strategy that is intentional, cross-cutting and measurable, and harnesses the full spectrum of United States diplomacy, assistance, and engagement over a 10-year horizon.
