And there is that 2012 again, I get the impression that the Mayan Calendar fear porn of 2012 was in a sense a real thing, just not what people were expecting or knew about.. something DID happen that ended one way of doing things/seeing things/knowing things and started on the next path. 2012 there was a huge shift that happened but not on the day to day lives of reg people just wandering around doing their sleepy business as usual. I remember last year, another group that are believers in bizarre sounding explanations of life as well, mentioned something happened in 2012 that killed the old system and was the start of the new future that's ahead of us. IDK,
Yeah it didn't seem like much changed to me then, I noticed it more around 2015. I'm not saying things didn't change in some fundamental way at that time, but it took a few years for me to notice a bigger shift in society. 2000-2001 was a big shift, but it took years for the changes to reverberate throughout the culture.
Sounds like a common sense reasoning. I have never looked into all of that myself, just remember the 2012 hysteria about how it "ended at the end of the year and it was a doomsday freakout for many". Now, this year I have a few times has people talking as if something happened in 2012 that set humans on a new path forward.
Made me think that someone set off the dooms day stuff on purpose back then to get masses thinking about it at the same time. lol.
