Internet access denied?? Makes no sense if this is about covid. Makes sense if it is about badgering people and punishing them into compliance . . . with something that does not prevent something that is 99 + % survivable.

When you add in the overbearing fine dynamic it’s particularly ridiculous attempt to force compliance. Yup to 200$ a week for non compliance.
