Anyone bringing up nuremburg at any level - fed, state, local, even to school boards always sees the same panic response. I think many of these people know they are committing crimes that merit the death penalty. How ironic it is that all the cries and accusations of nazi we have heard for over 4 years now are not actually being used when & against who it is most merited.
