Updated Guide on How the Vaxxed Can Reduce Damage from Spike Proteins (w/ Academic References)

ETA: So it's looking like the various covid treatment protocols that we've been made aware of also protect against shed spike proteins. If I'm reading this correctly. Please chime in if you have any additional info, folks!
