ok this video is misleading. it has nothing to do with vaccines. apparently the girl needed to be checked for abuse of some sort and the father had coached her not to corporate with the doctor. thats the story behind the video,

the uploader of the video on bitchute has the disabled the comments. which is very suspicious.
