Capitals are considered to be the centers of their states. Like... Kabul, Afghanistan.

And there are masses of citizens, both Afghani and US, trying to make way into the airport. Its complete chaos. It wouldn't be a large stretch to call it a riot.

Who knows for certain. Anything is possible and the unfathomable has come to be many times in the last several years.
