I've yet to watch the video, though I'd bet that 'qanons' are depicted as the 'new militant anti-vax group' & this is a backhanded hit piece...

It's definitely a hit piece. Pretty okay as far as south park goes but the quality of content they've put out over the last couple years has been declining in the left direction
