Maybe these giant corporations that ran small business owners out of town with a monopoly in all but name will finally deflate and we can go back to the mom and pop shops who actually care about employees and customers and have quality, LOCAL products. Beef is the most nutrient dense protein supply from what I've heard. Lots of good things in beef, and not only that but protein is harder for your body to break down than other stuff, IE you burn more calories when your body is processing it.
