RED2 clearly says it'll happen in continental US. Pedes in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Samoa, we're counting on you to report to the outside world when SHTF.

I live near the water/boating so I plan on using a VHF radio to communicate with fellow neighbors. Channel 17 seems to be the obvious choice ;)
