a) the highest law represents natural law; which does not restrict reaction; but offers balance for free will of choice. There's no "no" under natural law.

b) as choice within balance we represent form within flow; and it's flow that represents the ongoing natural "order" for the temporary formed "chaos" within. We represent temporary chaos reacting by choice to the balance of natural order.

c) morality isn't defined by what you can and cannot do; but upon the balance between your choice of need and want aka adherence to self sustenance or ignorance thereof.
