The deal is for the rare earth minerals and gold deposits. when countries are truly evaluated the afghans are quite wealthy. I bet the BIG GUY gets a cut on the rare earth minerals china digs up, after all he mandated electric vehicles which are a big user of those minerals. This is his biggest score yet. any truth to the rumor that the chinese have been there for a long time mining?
