Biden says there hands were tied because they inherited a deal but they broke the deal.

Any push back on Miller's statements? The headline sounds critical to Trump but the article isn't really critical - it was about the internal politics in Afghanistan and getting the Afghan President either out or making a deal with the Taliban.
