I'm annoyed that you took what was a simple two-sentence joke (Brevity being the soul of wit), and felt the need to show off with multiple multi-paragraph replies that allow you to demonstrate your supposed spiritual superiority.
As for humor having no part in spirituality, Psalm 2:4 describes God laughing at the kings and leaders of the Earth, and several other Scriptures in Psalms and Job describe the good laughing at the wicked.
Proverbs 15:15 "All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast."
Ecclesiastes 8:15 "Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry: for that shall abide with him of his labour the days of his life, which God giveth him under the sun."
Yes, salvation and spiritual matters are deep and should never be taken lightly, but this isn't one of those matters. This is a bunch of frens joking and laughing and having a good time, and I'm having to explain the joke to the one sourpuss Pharisee who thinks everything that's not fresh air is a sin and he's watching that with a gimlet eye in case it trespasses.
As shown in the movie, Patton strongly believed in reincarnation. It's enough to make a pede wonder . . .
Ok, you've shown everyone what a Smart Boy you are. How about you learn humor for your next trick?
