Best cell phone service? Freedom phone? Help!

I have an IPhone and T-mobile service and am ashamed and disgusted that I’m paying money to either of these companies. I (and maybe other frenz) would greatly appreciate recommendations for best cell company and best phone. I trust the input from GAW more than any other. Thanks 🙏

I’m waiting for the GAB phone. I’m looking into de-appling my phone, I think there are some Linux based OS out there. I currently use CC.
