Needing help finding video of Trump ensuring peacful transfer of power and military stepping forward

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems this site only searches the titles, nothing else... I'm sure I could have found the video I'm looking for if I could get results from users' comments.

Regardless, the video I'm trying to find has Trump speaking, he mentions something about ensuring a peaceful transfer (or transition) of power... as he says it, 5-6 uniformed military individuals step forward, then step back, and exit the stage.

Thanks for the link, bit that is not the video I'm looking for. I believe the one I'm after happened in the last week or so of Trump's first term.
