I remember several proclaimed insiders, most notably FBIanon (and I think even Q team once said it) making the point that Trump already won. Has anyone here have any theories on what this really means? Was it by simply being elected? Or did the importance stuff happen even before the 2016 election? This has been on my mind for ages.

I think he had some strong inkling. I know as soon as he mentioned "The flu outbreak they were closely monitoring" in the SOU speech Feb. 8, the alarms went off for me and I started to do things like get my teeth cleaned because I felt in my heart that something bad was going to happen that would upset all routines. Sadly I didn't think about a run on TP.
